There are some identity issues regarding the PUK number and when you are on the phone with the Orange customer service representative, you will only get your PUK number if the SIM is registered under your name. You will get a PUK after calling the Orange customer care service and once you enter the PUK number in your cell phone, your SIM will be unlocked. You can get your Orange PUK number only from the Orange service provider or customer care as PUK numbers for each SIM is different just like your SIM pin code, and it is only the Orange service provider who can give you this number. ![]()
